I just re-downloaded files and extracted from Rar. Files do not need any RAR - Password. You should try again or re-download files. Check it file sizes to understand succesful download or not. Total Size: 146,23MB. @ 320 Kb/sn.

It occured to be an error in my rar extracting software. When I tried to extract just the first of two files (with second not downloaded yet /read: RapidShare sucks unless you want to pay for just downloading files/) - software asked me for password on the last extracted mp3 file, strange isn't it?
